Took nine months to be seen for a consult for a retreat. appointment was rescheduled several times. schedule rescheduled five times for different reasons. When i finally got seen , they said they were gonna request a prior authorization from my insurance. There's schedule me for the procedure. The medical assistant took my Crown off and broke my tooth off at the gum line. The dentist should have been the one to remove the crown or drill through it as we planed. They didn't have the decency to nform me of the complications let's be honest dental here it was gross negligence. Dental malpractice! Insexcruciatin Since the two had broken off. The Duchess got infected.I reached out nobody returned my call. During waiting , my infection spread to adjacent teeth and bone. Appointment day finally came and My significant other drove me. They said i would be there up to 2 hours including post recovery. Two hour passed and they hadn't even6started on me yet. We drove an hour to get there and let the know the office that we needed to get going. The doctor came in and was done in under 15 minutes. This was a root canal retreat.Mind you. I have had several and I'm familiar. Doctor spencer was

I had a periodontist appointment today, and this was my second time coming here, the first was about 10 years ago. Both experiences have been phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the professionalism throughout the entire office. The staff and doctors are all on the same level, organized, confident, and genuinely focused on making you feel comfortable. They’re easy to work with, they communicate clearly, and most importantly, they know exactly what they’re doing and get it done right. I actually went to a different periodontist before finding this office, and it was a completely different experience. The place felt outdated, and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even sit in the chair, I walked right out. That’s when I decided to do my research, and I’m really glad I did. Coming here was a totally different story. Clean, professional, efficient, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was getting a treatment at endodontics, Dr.Saint-Cyr was very professional and trustworthy. The office looks modern and clean. Prices are affordable. Staff were always polite and helpful. Thank you!

I was sent to him in 2010 after having pain above my new crown. My dentist couldn’t figure out why I had pain. Dr. Spencer did a “preventive” root canal on the perfectly good tooth next to it. There is no such thing. No one thought to check me for metal allergies??? It was the metal IN my crown causing my discomfort. My crown post broke recently and I no longer have pain but I also have a stump instead of a tooth. Now I need a crown on the GOOD tooth he did the root canal on and an implant where the old crown was.BOTH ARE TOP FRONT. And I need both root canals redone. My new dentist said what this guy did was insurance fraud. I need about $6k to fix the teeth and that doesn’t include the 2 root canals. What single income family barely surviving has $6k + lying around. A loan isn’t doable right now. Please don’t go to this guy. Do research and don’t just trust “the professional”

Dr. Spencer and the whole team made me understand why people say “I’d rather have root canal”! I’m usually white-knuckling it through a cleaning and my pulse was 89 in the middle of a root canal. Lol! That 90s R&B got me right as soon as I walked in the door!
